Elliot Page and Julia Shiplett seem to be hard-launching their coupledom, judging from the photos they are sharing on Instagram.
"On Saturday, June 28, the 'Umbrella Academy' star shared a photo on Instagram of himself with 'Overcompensating' star Julia Shiplett, seemingly revealing that they are in a relationship," People Magazine reported.
In the photo, the two stand close for a selfie Shiplett is taking. The setting seems to be a pedestrian mall with rainbow paint on the pavement. Several comments to the image pegged the locale as a spot in Reykjavik, Iceland.
Page captioned the photo with a pair of emojis: "🌈 💕".
The image prompted a flurry of well wishes from friends, fans, and fellow celebs.
"❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️," posted dancer and actor Angela Trimbur.
"the hardest of launches," writer Peyton Dix cheered.
"Happy pride 🌈🌈," added actor Devery Jacobs.
Shiplett, too, took to the platform to share a video, which Shiplett posted to her Instagram Stories, of a shirtless Page standing in a hot spring.
"Happy prideee 💦😮💨." Shiplett captioned the video, People relayed.
"Since coming out as trans and publishing his memoir 'Pageboy,' Page has discussed a number of past relationships he had while closeted," Glamour noted, "but this is the first time the 'Umbrella Academy' actor has publicly dated someone while living openly as a man, and it's beautiful to see him and Shiplett embracing their happiness and their love."
Glamour followed a trail of less-conspicuous clues to the putative relationship, tracing public indications of a link back to May 2 and photos of Page and Shiplett attending a screening of "Overcompensating" in L.A.

Another photo shows Page and Shiplett at "the Sky vs. Liberty WNBA game."
"In addition to her role as Mimi on Amazon's new college-set comedy 'Overcompensating,' Shiplett has appeared on shows like 'High Maintenance' and 'Love Life' and is a familiar face to fans of the Brooklyn comedy scene," Glamour noted.
